Do I need to take my car to a workshop?
No. The entire process is remote. You stay at home. All you need is a Windows laptop with TeamViewer installed and a 32GB SD card. We connect remotely and prepare the activation file for your exact unit.
How long does the whole process take?
The remote preparation session takes 20–40 minutes. The in-car activation takes around 20 minutes. Most customers are done in under 60 minutes from start to finish.
Is this a permanent activation?
Yes. One-time activation, permanent unlock. No subscriptions, no monthly fees, no expiry. CarPlay & Android Auto will continue to work after software updates in most cases.
Is it safe? Will it affect my warranty?
The activation uses the official software update pathway — the same method used by authorised dealers. It is not detectable by dealer diagnostics. We’ve completed 650+ activations across Europe. If you’re concerned about your specific warranty, we recommend checking with your dealer before proceeding.
What if the activation doesn't work on my car?
We always verify compatibility before any payment is taken. If we confirm the activation can be done and something goes wrong on our end, we will resolve it at no additional cost. We do not take payment for activations we cannot perform.
